What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code is semi-formal - think cocktail dresses and suits.
Where are the ceremony and reception?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Woodhall Manor.
What time should I arrive?
The venue doors open one hour before the ceremony at 4:30 PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to give yourself enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.
Reception guests can arrive from 6 PM, with photos starting at 6:30 PM.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be in the garden, so we recommend flat shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We’d love for you to be fully present, so we kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony. Please keep phones and cameras away during this special moment.
What happens after the ceremony?
After we say "I do," we’ll be taking photos for about half an hour while guests enjoy canapés and drinks outside.
Is parking available?
Yes! There is free parking at the venue.
Please avoid parking in the circle driveway by the front doors as we’ll be using this area for photos.
Are kids welcome?
Our wedding will be an adults only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We truly appreciate you making arrangements in advance and joining us for the festivities.
Can I bring a plus one?
Our wedding is RSVP only and we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP via our website by 1st May 2025.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Woodhall Manor is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific accessibility needs, please let us know when you RSVP.
What’s for dinner?
Instead of a traditional wedding breakfast, we’re celebrating with theatrical paella cooking stations, tapas and sangria at around 7pm. Later in the evening there will be cheese boards for snacking, no one will be hungry!
Are there vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Yes! At the bride’s request, all food will be vegetarian or vegan, with as many gluten-free options as possible.
Will there be drinks?
Yes! Guests will be treated to a selection of drinks and canapés following the ceremony as we capture some special moments. With our dinner, complimentary drinks will be served. After that, additional drinks will be available at the bar. Soft drinks will be complimentary throughout the day.
Where are you registered? Can we bring gifts?
If you’d like to give something, we’d love a contribution to our honeymoon fund. There will also be a postbox for cards on the day.
What time should I book a taxi for?
Please book your taxi for midnight and arrange it in advance where possible.
